SpeakWell AI provides AI-powered English communication coaching. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it to generate harmful content.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Free tier users receive limited session access. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely. Subscription terms and pricing are shown at checkout and subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of SpeakWell AI are owned by us and protected by copyright. You retain ownership of any content you upload; by uploading you grant us a licence to use it to provide the service.
